Cesar Madrid joined Speedcast in 2014 and has overall responsibility for the management of the Solutions Engineering division for the Americas region. With more than 30 years in the satellite and terrestrial telecommunications industry, Cesar has held senior engineering and business development roles at Intelsat, Harris CapRock, Bringcom, and Hondutel. Cesar holds a Master of Science from John Hopkins University in Telecommunications and Information Systems, as well as a Licentiate in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras.
